A Message from our Founder, Mark Amoroso, LCSW

I decided to create AGCC to provide effective and compassionate psychotherapy services for the adult, adolescent and geriatric population.

After working in nursing homes for many years I discovered that many of our elderly suffer from depression and isolation. Many of the problems and stressors our elderly face can be effectively treated by providing support, reassurance and advocacy.

It is my belief that all clients are unique and gifted. I work to enhance perception of worth and am confident that most problems can be solved by implementing tangible realistic goals which is the key in ending mental illness .
